When it comes to MLM leads and attracting the best leads for your team and business there is a specific mental shift that has to occur for you to actually make this work. This mental shift is simple, yet the majority of network marketers never seem to get it. The shift, my friends, is to let your leads come to you instead of you chasing them. Nearly every single new network marketer who comes into this industry is told to market the business opportunity and product to every single person they know. Realistically, the majority of people this person contacts are not good leads anyway. These people are within their direct circle of influence aka warm list including friends, family members, coworkers, random acquaintances and even strangers! The best MLM leads you want for your business will more than likely not include these people because they never WANTED to start a business.

Good question. And this question has one good answer. You attract leads to you by positioning yourself to be found by people who are looking for what you offer. I’ll explain this more in a minute. These people are also looking for a team and leaders who can show them how to experience success with their business. These are your best leads. As far as you positioning yourself, as stated earlier, all you have to do is give these people what they want. Some people want to learn how to market online. Some people want to know how to recruit on the phone. You must realize that all you have to do in order to attract the best leads to you is offer your leads value and a solution to their problem. In this case you show them how to become successful in their business. This makes recruiting in MLM so much easier.
But How Do You Get Your Message Out There?
This is where good marketing comes in. Yet another skill you must learn if you intend to be successful in this industry, but we’ll save that for another day. Now you can either market offline or online or you can even use both. I find it more effective to stick to just one approach. In my case, I have used nothing but the most dominant and potent online marketing strategies to generate over 50+ leads per day for my business. By all means you can pursue some offline marketing approaches, but if you want to tap into the largest global market and attract leads directly to you, then it would be wise to use the internet to make this happen. Even if you are brand new, don’t worry, marketing online nowadays is not as hard as you might think.
So to wrap things up, because I want to stick to the point, in order for you to attract the best MLM leads all you have to do is give the people what they want. You may be thinking that you have nothing to offer or no value to provide people. That is okay. All you have to do is know a little bit more than someone and you become a limited authority on that subject. A good example of this would be to interview someone in your upline and ask them questions pertaining to how they became successful. Then you can transcribe this information and put it into an email series or even an eBook. You could even keep it in an audio form as an .mp3 and promote this on the front end of your marketing. There are really tons of cool ways to attract leads to you with value, it really just depends on you. Again this can be accomplished easiest and most efficiently online because of the technology and the large global market you can tap into.
