So here’s the deal.  I understand that there are a lot of new people who joined the Numis Network, but aren’t quite sure how to start marketing.  There are various schools of thought when it comes to the training you receive.  Some say belly-to-belly works best, while others are very passionate about the attraction marketing phenomenon occurring online.  Personally, I am an active member with this company and our Numis team has embraced the internet, making us the fastest growing team in the entire company.  However, this may not work for you or your team.  What I would like to do in this article is show you the best way to grow your Numis Network team through quality and effective training tips.  These are easy and can be implemented by anyone, regardless of experience.

The very first thing you will need to do is figure out how much time you can dedicate to your new business.  Maybe it’s 3 hours each day, maybe it’s full time or quite possible only on weekends.  The key is to use all the available time you have.  The next thing you will have to do is pick a marketing approach to get your business in front of as many new prospects as possible.  You can do this online, offline or combine both, but whatever you do just ensure you are promoting your business on a consistent basis.  Numis has great resources and marketing materials that can be found in your back office.

Next, you’ll want to break down your business building activities into sections.  There are very specific things you should be doing that will generate income for you – these include signing up customers and sponsoring new distributors.  You should break your business into the 3 sections as recommended below.

1.  Focus 75% of your energy on sponsoring more distributors. By doing this you not only put more people in your team, but your team will see that you are leading by example and follow in your footsteps.  If you stop sponsoring, chances are they will as well.  You will also want to make this seem easy to your team.  Sometimes people will get too worried about using the phone or presenting the business, when it reality, it’s not that hard at all.

2.  Focus 15% of your time on training your new distributors to get them up and running. A major mistake I see with new people is that they spend way too much time with their new members, thus taking time away from them building their business.  If you are part of a great team like ours, you should already have materials in place that new members can review to get them started in the right direction.

3.  Focus 10% on marketing and lead generation. You don’t want this to take up too much of your time because your major focus should be on talking to prospects and sponsoring them.  Again, it doesn’t matter what marketing approach you take, just make sure you don’t exceed the 10% mark.

So that’s really what it boils down to.  Building your Numis Network team is not really that hard.  You have presentations, conference calls, marketing materials, recordings and even the founders of the company willing to help you build.  The number one training suggestion I could give you is to be consistent.  Make sure you are exposing Numis to at least 3 people each and every day, have your team do that same, and you will be guaranteed growth.  Keep in mind, this business is called ‘network marketing’.  Network with people and market to them, that’s it.
