So What Is Pearlcium?
Pearlcium is a very unique company. Pearlcium is a network marketing company with an even more unique product. There are three products. These include a colon cleanse, a weight loss supplement and a beauty product. These all focus around the nutrient dense, ocean dwelling pearl.
Do The Products Work?
If you have checked out Pearlcium’s main website you will notice that there is a limited amount of information on each product. Now I am not certain why the programmer or company chose to do this, but it is a bad decision. This will decrease the amount of potential customers who want to buy the products. The descriptions the website gives for almost every page seems rather ambiguous and ultra vague. This causes searchers, including myself, to have a difficult time gathering logical information used to make a decision on buying the product or becoming a distributor.
Sorry for going off on a tangent, but it’s just facts. Seriously though, there is not much information on the products other than a great ‘feel good’ story about the company and product origins. If you don’t believe me, just go to their main website and check it out for yourself.
How Do You Get Paid As a Distributor?
Pearlcium’s compensation plan is very similar to other network marketing companies in the industry. First and foremost you get paid for new customers and distributors you sign up. You also get paid for your personal volume and organizational volume of your team. Other special features of the plan include matching bonuses, founders bonuses, bonus pools and of course fast start bonuses. These are all used to encourage you to produce more and to duplicate within your team. Really, these are all fancy ways of saying ‘help our company make more money while getting paid at the same time.’
From someone who has been in the industry for a while the biggest piece of advice I can give you as far as any compensation plan goes is don’t worry too much about. The important thing you have to remember is you only get paid for new customers you enroll and new distributors you enroll. This should be your main focus.
Your Primary Responsibility
As stated earlier, it will behoove you to focus on new customers and distributors. In order to make this happen there is another thing you must focus on more than anything else. This is MARKETING. Becoming a master marketer will be your ticket to wealth in Pearlcium or any network marketing company for that matter. Problem with most companies and even some teams within Pearlcium is the training. Your training goes only as far as you creating a warm list of everyone you know in your ‘direct circle of influence.’ This is your mom, dad, cousins, coworkers, mailman and even Bob from the Dunkin Donuts. This is not marketing. Read that last sentence again. This is simply spreading a business opportunity through word of mouth. This approach is awful because most of the people you focus on are undoubtedly the worst leads for your business. They never had the intention to start a business with you, Pearlcium or any company for that matter. Do this long enough and you’ll be part of the NFL club. (No Friends Left)
The Future Of Pearlcium
At this stage it is really too early to tell. Pearlcium has a very unique story behind their product and it will be important for Pearlcium to effectively channel this to the health and wellness industry. They have targeted a wise segment of the population though. More and more people are becoming more aware about their diet, products they use and the overall state of their bodies. Pearlcium’s products can help with all of the above. Because Pearlcium is relatively new to the industry it will be interesting to see if they hit that crucial five year mark.
