Over the last few years a concept known as ‘attraction marketing’ has been sweeping the internet and has been the solution for many network marketers who have been struggling with their businesses. But how exactly does it work and why does it work? In this blog post I thought I would explain this very powerful concept and show how if used properly, can guarantee that you generate only the highest quality of network marketing leads.
So what is attraction marketing? This marketing approach is based upon basic human psychology. It allows you to position yourself as an expert or authority in a specific niche, thus adding credibility to your name/ brand and creating uncontrollable attraction in the mind of your lead or prospect. Wow, what a mouthful huh. Broken down to it’s simplest terms, attraction marketing is all about providing value and solutions for your prospects. Why is this so effective online? This approach works very well online because of the degree of skepticism most prospects have. There are so many people pitching bad products, scams and rips offs that a buyer in the 21st century has every right to question them. But when someone (like you) gives away free and valuable content and stuff that actually benefits the prospect, this literally attracts the prospect to you the marketer.
So you are probably wondering what is the best way to employ attraction marketing to help guarantee the leads you generate will be of high quality? Well, it’s really all about reciprocity. The higher quality content that you are creating and promoting online, the higher quality the leads and prospects will be. Allow me to explain…If you were marketing a website with all kinds of flash and hype, with blinking lights and said you could earn thousands of dollars from doing very little work, then you would attract lazy, unmotivated and low quality leads. Inversely, if you promoted a website with useful and beneficial content, that was fact-based and spoke truthfully, then your leads would be of much higher quality.
Another important thing to remember is transparency. When you market online and are trying to attract high quality leads, you must be willing to be transparent. Be yourself. Tell your story. People can tell if you are telling the truth or if you are just another ‘wannabe guru’ who is selling crap just to make a quick buck. The successful marketers know the value of transparency and it is what helps them to attract leads to them and put big time numbers of people into their network marketing companies.
Now you may be wondering what to do if you are brand new and don’t really have a lot experience or great content to share. None of this matters. There are hundreds of successful network marketers you could contact to help you create content. You could do an interview, co-host a webinar presentation or write a short eBook. Remember, it’s all about value. Just because you haven’t experienced success YET, doesn’t mean that you can’t use the success of other people to help you create valuable content that will help attract quality leads to you. As a matter of fact, some of the biggest information marketers out there today didn’t create their products by themselves. They teamed up with people and created a product that was twice as powerful. One of the coolest things about the internet is that there are nearly unlimited ways for you to contact someone who is where you want to be. Reach out to them and I’m sure they would be happy to help you. You would be surprised how many successful network marketers are actually willing to share their stories and how they achieved their goals.
So to quickly recap, in order for you to get the best results from your marketing and attract high quality leads you must create high quality content. And it doesn’t matter how you market. Facebook, YouTube, forums, e-zines or blogging, just be sure that you focus on your prospect, give them what they want and ALWAYS be consistent.
