Truth be told, Zrii was the very first network marketing company that I ever joined. And while I am not an active distributor with Zrii right now, I still am going to provide you with some powerful suggestions to help build your business, because it is a good company. The purpose of this article is to show you the fastest way to reach the 10-Star level, without hanging out in shopping malls and stapling fliers to telephone poles.
The problem with Zrii and similar companies is the training. The very first thing you hear when you get in the door is to create a list of everyone you know and contact them. This is poor advice because most people you know are not great prospects for your business. Secondly, all of these people, no matter how close you are with them, may not possess the necessary skills to be a true asset in your team. The next thing you are told to do is buy leads. This a horrible idea in most cases because the leads you talk to have already been contacted and even if you use the best call script your upline can give you, it still won’t make a difference and your leads may even yell at you.
When you go to your upline and tell them that nothing is working they will simply tell you do more. Buy more leads, think of more people you know and put more money into advertising. This can be a daunting cycle for most people and eventually, after you spend all your money on leads and advertising, you begin to question the business all together.
But don’t worry. There is a solution. There is a much smarter and more sound approach to building your Zrii business. You can literally do the exact opposite of what you have been told by ‘attracting’ leads and prospects directly to you. This approach is accomplished using time-tested and proven marketing techniques and the leverage of technology. Below are three recommendations you should begin to implement if you are serious about building a large team and at least a 5 figure residual check.
Recommendation #1 – STOP pitching your business to everyone with a pulse. Network marketing is all about sorting and qualifying, finding the ‘right’ people to join your team. If you recruited just anyone, you would spend most of your days answering phone calls, addressing complaints and babysitting. I’m pretty sure you DID NOT get into this industry to spend your days dealing with whiners.
Recommendation #2 – Start using direct response marketing. Zrii business materials and resources are great if you are hosting home parties and hanging out at the local Starbucks, but let’s get serious here. You need sales funnels in place that do over 90% of the selling and convincing for you, giving you more time to focus on business building activities such as signing up customers and distributors.
Recommendation #3 – Start promoting your business on a MASSIVE scale. It’s the 21st century and the entire world is your potential market! There are people in countries you have never even visited that are prospects just waiting to see your message. 20 years ago you didn’t have technology like today. Start taking advantage of this and you can build faster than ever.
Aside from a marketing standpoint, Zrii has great management backing the company. It also has harnessed the savvy business skill from Bill Farley, but none of that matters if you don’t know how to market and get your opportunity in front of people every single day.
